Joining the Club

MEMBERSHIP & JOINING UPDATE - 2025

New joining procedure.

New system - Clubpal - click here to access  - membership can now be purchsed on this system.

PAID UP CLUB MEMBERSHIP AND USING THE CLUBPAL system are the only way of booking, paying and registering for club sessions. 

Club sessions have limited spaces, this is due to coaching ratios and session size capabilities. Booking through CLUBPAL system may say that the session is full, if this is the case please do not attend the session if you do not have a ticket. Keep checking the App for any cancellations.

Your approval for access and ability to book into sessions will only be completed once your club membership has been authorized. 

Please bear with us for this, all the Club Officers are volunteers and undertake this around their work, family and sporting commitments.

The ClubPal system is used to book attendance at our Club sessions and for Emergency contact details for the coaches. Below is a screenshot of what the App looks like on a mobile phone.

Joining for adults

***Please note new procedure – Online membership ****

1. Access the Clubpal system to buy your membership 

2. There are now TWO options for payment – annually at £50.00 upfront with automatic renewal option (this can be cancelled at anytime) or Monthly Direct Debit at £5.00 per month.

3. When joining up on ClubPal please ensure that you join either the Adults or Juniors group (the one that is relevant to your membership) and provide your real name, emergency contact details and photo for safety reasons (Juniors will not need to add a photo at this point). Coaches will have this information prior to the session that you are booked in for attendance

4. Approval will be authorized on completion of your club's membership - as soon as possible

5. Pay for any session that you are attending through the Sessions page prior to attending, dates can be added to your own personal calendar

6. Ensure you read and agree to the Club Rules and Privacy Policy

Now you’re a member:

1. Join our exclusive Facebook Group, ‘Plymouth Triathlon Club Members Group’ and our join us on the Strava App – CLICK HERE for our Strava page

2. Juniors and their parents/guardians can join our Facebook Group, ‘PTC Juniors updates and messages Group!’

3. Take a look at our Facebook Page, ‘Plymouth Triathlon Club’.

4. The ClubPal system is not an App, you can save to your phone as if an app by using your browser and then save to homepage, this should create an icon for easy access – book attendance at some sessions, sessions must be paid for before attending.
