Thank you to Shane and Claire Kerswill for the 2024 season of Time Trials, some days were a little hard due to the weather.
TT SERIES 2023
Here we go again! The series is back.
Shane Kerswill – PTC TT Race Director has announced the information for the 2023 TT series.
***MAY race will be on the old course, due to sign off by CTT***
This years event is back on the official Cycling Time Trials S3/10A course; due to the addition of the new roundabout just prior to the old turn point, the top roundabout will become the new turn point, which has meant the start line has moved to the layby towards Plymouth on the A379, as shown in the PTC News article dated 16th March 2023.
New course means new records!
Registration remains un-changed and will be Car Park outside Crooked Spire Pub, between 17:30 – 18:00 and places can be booked on the Team App. This is an open-event and open to non-club members, who will have to pay on the night.
Further information will be posted nearer the time on the Team App and the page.
Dates are:
May 3rd - Event Completed - Result sheet at the bottom of the page
June 7th
July 5th - JULY EVENT, entries now open on the Team App for members - click here.
August 2nd
September 6th
Information for the 2023 Series will be appearing soon – keep checking back for more details!
When attending the events, please park considerately around the village and where possible park closer together to allow residents space to park – we are guests after all! Thank You.
The cost of entry is three pounds for PTC members and five pounds for non-members (TBC for 2023). All competitors need to be part of CTT affiliated cycling or Tri club. These events are being run by PTC on behalf of Cycling Time Trials. They are intended to be informal, friendly events and anyone is welcome to come along and have a go. The course will be marshalled so all you need is a roadworthy bike and a helmet and you are ready to race!
