TRIATHLON, a simple formula – SWIM – BIKE – RUN

Membership of Plymouth Tri Club brings a host of benefits that include being part of a dynamic and expanding club that has a wide range of male and female members covering Junior, Senior and Veteran categories who train for, or compete in triathlons from super sprint to Ironman and at novice to International level. Equally we welcome athletes who are keen to participate in Aquathlon (swim/run), Duathlon (bike/run), SwimRun or any other combinations! We also accept members who wish to take advantage of our coached sessions to improve on just one of the disciplines such as swimming or running.

We have access to first class facilities such as The Life Centre and Brickfields Arena from where we deliver our coached sessions.

The Club is affiliated to British Triathlon Federation and Triathlon England. We are a Trimark Bronze level accredited Club. We are also a member of the local Armada Athletics Network.

There are numerous choices of training sessions that change throughout the season, including organized coached events and informal gatherings arranged via the Club Facebook page. The wealth of experience within the club, wide choice of training sessions and the opportunity to learn and train in the company of like-minded athletes creates opportunities to develop towards your goals in a friendly and encouraging environment.

We have an active social media profile, via private Facebook Groups for Members (including a separate Juniors section), and an open Facebook Page.

Detailed information for each discipline is listed on their own pages. As well as this members often meet up for there own sessions too.
